I love the location front view of the beach an the the breeze. They don't have breakfast but we to our favorite spots to eat. We make many trips as possible an we alway choose this hotel. It only been 1or 2 trips we missed the stay an ended up staying next door.

The property is right on the beach, the beds were extremely comfortable and the AC worked great! The young man at the front desk was extremely polite and We enjoyed the stay!

This place is great! The staff was friendly, the room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and you can't beat the location! You won't find a better value. The view is exactly the same as the Doubletree down the beach that costs twice as much. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in town.

FANTASTIC location being VERY close to the beach and the must-see Aircraft Carrier Museum. And a lot of wind did NOT affect the comfort in the room. An upscale hotel nearby offered take-away quality food at reasonable prices and a liqour shop nearby offered excellent beer and wine - so it was NO problem that other restaurants were closed due to off-season, Have a good time there...

Great value!! And having a pool and a beach just steps away was awesome. We did have a few minor problems. Second day in our room the A/C quit working. But they moved us to a new room, which was great. But then that room had no hot water. The staff got it working pretty quick. All in all it was a great visit.

Interestingly, this place is totally underrated. For this price and the location, it is hard or maybe even impossible to make it better. The room I had included a kitchen, a table and chairs for a whole family, big, fair, everything worked well and was very clean. Yes, it was not build in 2021, but well taken car of. I needed to print some pages, and was helped in an outstanding way. Tourist information was given, and I had an amazing and very happy stay! Next time I will stay here again, as i am totally happy. Some people wrote, that they had an extra fan inside the room because of problems with the AC. Interestingly, at check in, I asked about this, and was told how to use the AC correctly, and that I might use this fan additionally or instead of the AC, which I did = I LOVED IT. Being a German, I do not like ice-cold AC to much, and the fan made it perfect for me - No complains :-)- THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!!

Incredible value for the money. While it's not a luxurious hotel, we were as confortable as we could ask for. Customer service was always availible and helpful. View was nice.

Quaint, clean, right on the beach!, walking distance to Aquarium, Lexington, restaurants and shops. Tucked away from city. Inexpensive. Lots of character.
